Refund policy
You can return a Product purchased from us within 30 days and we will offer you a full refund of the Product and the original shipping cost. The Product purchased must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it its original packaging. We require a valid proof of purchase.
If some or all of the Products purchased are broken on delivery, the Customer must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date. Customers must email us at orders@warehornevineyard.co.uk and provide photographic evidence of the unopened damaged bottle for either refund or exchange.
If the delivered Products are incorrect, they must be returned in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, gift cards are excluded from this policy.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that we have inspected it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES
We only exchange items if they are damaged or faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@warehornevineyard.co.uk and send your item to our Cellar Door.
SHIPPING
To return the Product you purchased from us, you should bring or post your product to our Cellar Door.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
