DELIVERY INFORMATION
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our aim is to dispatch your order within 2–4 working days from the date it is placed through our online shop (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
During particularly busy periods, or in circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to severe weather, high order volumes, or postal disruptions), dispatch may take a little longer. If this happens, we will send your order as soon as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, we aim to send it using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 items within 2–3 working days after dispatch; however, this is not a guaranteed delivery service, and delivery times may vary.

We currently deliver to England, Scotland, and Wales.
For Northern Ireland orders, please contact us before placing an order.
WHAT SHIPPING COURIER DO YOU USE?
We carefully pack all orders to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48, a fully tracked service designed to provide reliable delivery updates and safe handling of your order.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?
- England & Wales: £6.50 (Free on orders over £100)
- Scotland: £10.95 (Free on orders over £100)
- Northern Ireland: Please contact us before placing an order.
DO YOU OFFER COLLECTION FROM THE CELLAR DOOR?
Yes. Customers can choose to collect their online order from our Cellar Door by selecting ‘Collect My Order’ at checkout.
Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a ‘Ready for Collection’ email confirming that your order is available.
Please ensure you have received this email and check our opening times before visiting.
When collecting your order, please bring your ‘Ready for Collection’ email. We reserve the right to request valid UK photo identification.
If someone is collecting your order on your behalf, they will need to present the ‘Ready for Collection’ email and confirm the postcode on the order.

PRE-ORDERS
For pre-orders, we cannot guarantee the estimated dispatch or collection date. Orders will be dispatched or made available for collection as soon as the product becomes available.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
If you require a quicker delivery service, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange an alternative delivery option and provide a quote.
